I knew I would love the Chelsea district before I stepped foot in the area. Felt as if I was in a “village” of art. I also feel attached to it because of its plenty Georgian style houses, ok this is just a silly correlated name reason.
Living in Chelsea must be pretty exciting because of the multitude of different cultures crossing paths each day. If you only count the amount of different nationalities walking down the High Line…
Talking about High Line, what a place! I honestly love the idea of an elevated urban park. In Paris we have something similar called the “Promenade plantée”.
Talking about my outfit, it all started from my denim Detroit jacket, which I bought especially for my trip to the US. Paired it with a vintage checkered dress and some funky accessories. Quite a glamorous outfit for a afternoon between drinks on the rooftop at the Standard Hotel, a long walk on the High Line, a quick stop at the Chelsea Market and some burgers delight at the Spotted Pig.
My customized hat from Radklao was quite the sensation, Alice would have liked to have that in her wonderland too.
