Having natural curly hair was in my advantage when I decided to shoot this beauty look, inspired by Chanel’s magical runway show for their FW 16-17 Haute Couture. I loved this hair style so much and I thought it will totally fit me. I also wanted to propose you a different beauty post, so I came up with this look.

The whole inspiration came from the hair, but I also wanted to create a glowing effect skin using some new brands that I have wanted to test in such a long time. Like Laura Mercier’s products, which turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Especially her superb powders, the shimmer bloc is a current favorite. I worked the skin a lot using all the different products above. And the results were pretty astonishing, taking into consideration some imperfections that my skin had at that moment.

For my eyes I used a blush to replace the eye shadow and added a cool eye crayon in a romantic tone of pink (color of the season). For a more dramatic look, the eye lashes were well defined with the Velvet noir mascara from Marc Jacobs (which is by the way as good as they say it is). For the lips I went for a tone of burnt orange from Nars.

Due to various requests, more beauty posts will be revealed soon. I hope you enjoyed this.
